This challenge isn't so much about writing itself, as it is about collecting as much inspiration as you can during just three days.
Throughout those three days:
• wear as much yellow and sky blue as you can. If you don't have clothes in those colors, think of other ways how to keep those colors involved
• drink ginko biloba or chamomile tea
• start every day with morning pages (explained below)
• finish each day by listening to subliminal with affirmations for inspiration and ideas (or even specifically for writing) while falling asleep
• note down your dreams, and reflect on what they could possibly be carrying
Morning pages are a method from "Artist's way"; three pages of longhand, stream of consciousness writing, done first thing in the morning. Doesn't matter what you're writing about - you can even complain about having to write it.
Additionally, each day will have its own tasks for you to complete. Let's see what they are:
DAY 1
• go walking writing - walk for ideas catching with your notes, note down everything you find fascinating or inspiring that you could use for later
• listen to music you find powerful, and doodle without a plan in mind
DAY 2
• break your routine and go to an interesting place you normally wouldn't go to; have a date with yourself
• read something you enjoy, an author you admire, for at least half an hour
DAY 3
• create a vision board for how your next projects should feel like
• try a guided visualization meditation
After completing this challenge you'll be full of new inspiration for writing, and ready to tackle your next project. Congrats!
