• great structure and logical flow

• high grammar and style accuracy

• consistent voice and tone


Weak Points:

• over-editing

• difficulty letting go of “perfect"

• difficulty accepting critique


Growth advice:

• set a maximum number of revision rounds before publishing

• schedule a “messy draft day” where errors are allowed

• seek feedback from readers who value playfulness over precision


2 - The Helper

Strengths:

• warm, empathetic, reader-focused tone

• focused on building captivating characters with depth

• storytelling full of emotions and focus on human bonds


Weak Points:

• may over-explain

• avoids strong opinions

• struggles with self-promotion


Growth advice:

• write one piece purely from your own perspective without audience accommodation

• practice inserting strong opinions and backing them up

• use outlines to keep focus on the central message


3 - The Achiever

Strengths:

• writing leaves impact

• goal-driven

• high productivity


Weak Points:

• risk of quantity over quality

• avoids vulnerable storytelling

• chases approval through performance


Growth advice:

• set depth goals (e.g., 3 fully developed examples per key point)

• schedule slower, more mindful writing sessions

• include personal, less-polished experiences


4 - The Individualist

Strengths:

• distinctive voice and style, exploring deep themes

• emotional richness, vulnerable and authentic

• strong imagery and sensory detail


Weak Points:

• can be overly complex or abstract

• mood-dependent productivity

• feeling restricted by deadlines or rules


Growth advice:

• keep a writing schedule regardless of mood

• limit metaphors to avoid density overload

• don't be bound down by rules, but also allow yourself to explore the technical side of writing


5 - The Investigator

Strengths:

• great research and accuracy

• structure and clarity

• deep topic exploration


Weak Points:

• over-research

• limiting oneself with strict structures and rules

• hard time choosing one project to commit to


Growth advice:

• prioritize main points before adding depth

• settle on one project at the time

• create a consistent writing routine


6 - The Loyalist

Strengths:

• careful fact-checking

• relatable and grounded tone

• intense, deep topic exploration


Weak Points:

• second-guessing wording

• impostor syndrome

• dropping projects halfway through


Growth advice:

• limit revisions to two passes

• try creative formats outside your comfort zone

• tell a trusted person to check up on your stories and give an honest encouraging feedback 


7 - The Enthusiast

Strengths:

• engaging, enthusiastic, high-energy style

• makes heavy topics feel light

• versatile with tone and format


Weak Points:

• scattered focus

• underdeveloped ideas

• avoids editing


Growth advice:

• choose one idea and develop it deeply before moving on

• schedule editing sessions separately from drafting

• keep an idea journal to note down ideas you want to explore later, to avoid derailing focus


8 - The Challenger

Strengths:

• direct and impactful

• confident persuasive voice

• handles controversy well


Weak Points:

• resistant to feedback

• may avoid getting too deep into emotional layers

• they avoid welcoming other people into their writing


Growth advice:

• include more of yourself in your writing 

• open up to your emotions both in everyday life and in your writing

• ask: “How will this feel to the reader?” before finalizing


9 - The Peacemaker

Strengths:

• strong editing and synthesis skills

• smooth and diplomatic tone

• good in collaborative writing


Weak Points:

• avoids taking strong stances

• procrastination

• conflict-heavy topics may feel uncomfortable


Growth advice:

• practice writing opinion pieces with clear positions

• set hard deadlines with accountability partners

• build more trust in yourself and your works
