Characters with insomnia

INSOMNIA is a common sleep disorder that can make it hard to fall asleep or/and stay asleep. It also can cause you to wake up too early and not be able to get back to sleep.

People can experience insomnia at specific times in their lives, for example as they're going through a lot of stress. When the symptoms remain for more than three months however, it becomes suitable for insomnia diagnosis.
